    "It's 100 days later and I've lost 25kg"

Seriously, I expected to quit 3 days in. I didn't give myself a week. 13kg more to hit my year's end goal, 70kg or less, depending on what I feel like when I hit my healthy weight for my frame, until my Goal Weight.

None of these words are things I expected to say a year ago, much less 101 days ago.

Congratulations, Centaurus! Way to go, that is awesome! I'm so glad you hung in there and did it. You did it, sir. You lost that weight. You should be very proud!

"I can't wait til fall because it means brussel sprouts are in season".

I was thinking the same thing. I never cared for them before, now I can't wait to roast some tonight.

I did not know that brussel sprouts were a fall season vegetable. And I love roasted brussel sprouts- deeeelish!

I'll eat the other half of my piece of cheesecake tomorrow.

I said that for so long when losing, that now, 10years later, the whole slice really is overpowering. I'm shocked, so is my family.

    Cheers, h.

Same here, the portions in restaurants are ridiculously oversized. I recently split a chocolate chip cookie from Barnes and Noble with someone and the whole cookie was actually four cookies in one. Funny how you notice these things when you're losing weight.

    I can't eat all that!

Oh it's far too big for me, I will try a smaller size!

Sounds daft but my shoes fit better!

    I havn't got room for a pudding/dessert!

I can't wait to go for my run. (Emphasis on RUN - not something I could do).

No thanks, I think that much junk would make me feel gross.

This roasted kale is SO good. I'm going to make some more for my snack.

“Shall we go for a run or a hike?”

“At least I don’t have to press this tofu”

    “I need smaller running leggings”

    “I’m a Vegetarian”

I can't talk right now, i'm about to start my workout.
I HATE fast food! (This is coming from a former fast food lover)
Do you have this in size (insert single digit)? I was in double digits my WHOLE LIFE!
No. Not interested in going out to dinner. I've got food at home! I've always HATED cooking! I still hate it, but I do it because I have to.

I've been sick with a head cold for 8 days and "I MISS THE GYM"!!!

My gym is closed for some electrical work tomorrow, and it's going to rain. All I can think about is how am I going to get my 5K in. Might have to run after work instead of first thing. It's really screwing with my mind right now how am I going to keep to my plan if the damn gym is closed for 1 frikken day.

"I know the value meal comes with a soda, but I really just want water this time"
"I'm craving (insert name of vegetable)!"
"We could go out, but I'd rather just have (insert name of healthy home cooked meal)"

    and a more recent one:
"Those pancakes are way too sweet, ugh"
(usually in the past when people said something was too rich, too sweet, etc, I thought they were just being dramatic)

All of these apply to me as well! I actually prefer a healthy home cooked meal to takeout.

That workout was boring/ too easy.
My hamstrings look amazing in these pants.
I think I'll have the salad/ kids meal.
How big is the small order?

    I am wearing a skirt today ( I hadn't worn a skirt in 30 yrs until I lost weight).

No (to anything I know I shouldn't be eating)

I need to ride my stationary bike tonight (never voluntarily exercised a day of my life before I started my diet)

Those are my 3 Biggie's. Of course I have many more 😉

I like tighter fitting clothes better. (shows off my pecs and arms)
I'm seriously ill and hate not being able to go to the gym.
A silly cold can't stop me from from going to the gym.
I'm almost in Onederland again(120 pounds down, 2.5 pounds to go) ^_^
