Stuck since July

I have lost 39 pounds this year but have not really budged since July 2018. I have been in the same 2-3 pound weight range for 5 months. What are the factors I should be looking at to explain the plateau?a

Here is a thorough, detailed discussion of every possible reason you're not losing weight, and exactly what to do about it: https://www.aworkoutroutine.com/why-am-i-not-losing-weight/1

I'm in the same boat. It's because we are eating at a maintenance level instead of a deficit. We need to measure/weigh portions and reduce intake to break the plateau. Easier said than done, right?1

It's because you are actually eating at maintenance level for your weight. I lost 50 lbs, then in July of this year I stopped losing. I knew I was eating more...so for the last several months I have been eating at maintenance level. Now I'm back on the bandwagon and I've been cutting my portions down. I'm already starting to lose again.0
