I lost 100lb, but then gained a good 20lb back during the home buying process (ugh the stress). So the goal is to fit into my one "expensive" dress by my 5th anniversary on the 15th.11

My mini goal is to lose 25 pounds. That's my only focus right now. To lose more 25 lbs means I'll have lost 70 lbs.. which means I'm halfway done to my total goal of losing 140 lbs.11

I really want to get into the 140s before the end of the year. I’m just 2 lbs away but I’m impatient!9

Christmas and meeting my boyfriend's parents for the first time 😶10

I'm about 2lb away from the top of my "healthy" BMI range (I have come within a pound of it this week, but my weight trend is a little further away than that).
Planning to make it there by the end of the year!9 -
Get out of obese BMI
Fit into a pant I bought because I likes it (it’s very soft and comfy) but it’s tight 🤭7 -
MD appt in January, and working toward being able to remove Overweight from my list of diagnoses for good. Currently 4lbs above a healthy BMI.15

I'm doing 10 pounds at a time as opposed to looking at the whole thing. As I get down, I get more motivated.11

Short term goal is to lose 10lbs by NYE. Will be tough with holidays and a family getaway but worth a shot.
Also to not drink any alcohol for a month as well.7 -
I'm looking for tighter skin.4

To lose 30 lbs. It is how much I lost in a couple months on Keto about a year ago, and I gained it back, so I'm looking to lose that (to begin with) with just calorie counting.6

I'm in a wedding this coming June and I don't want to be the fat bridesmaid.6

3. Get back to pool for aqua aerobics and swimming

I’m so close to being in the 140s. I would love to start the new year in the 140s instead of the 150s.11

I'm returning to work in 5 weeks and will have been on maternity leave for year by then.
I want to be able to look good in pencil skirts and fitted tops and finally be able to get back into all the work clothes I had to give up after I returned to work 7 years ago after having my middle child!! I totally gave up on suit trouser/pant bottoms and only ever wore stretch jeans or leggings on dress down Fridays.
I gained nothing with this baby's pregnancy due to being careful but still had 3 stone (42lb) from my previous one which I've been trying to lose for the past 7 years!
I'm already down 14 pounds from January and hope to lose at least 10 pounds more before returning so I'll feel more positive about going back to work and a little less sad about leaving bubba a few days a week.
I also want my colleagues who knew me before both pregnancies to see me back to my normal self (resting weight used to be 140) and the collegues that have only seen me obese to see the 'real me' rather than the slightly frumpy or uncomfortable 182-187 pounder 5ft 2 me.
Just to update I met my goals on returning to work and lost even more- still got a way to go but feels like a dream after failing for so many years!
When I returned to work at the end of April, I was down to 168lb, I'm now at 151 pounds!
I've managed to wear items to work that I kept in my 'skinny wardrobe' all those obese years and I just read back my post above and feel blessed to have done what I set out to do.
Keep going guys- it's so worth it!!20 -

-to have lost a stone. By Christmas since Mid October - only 2lbs to go
- I then just need to lose another stone so I can fit into my pre-baby clothes (although sriaght after I had her they fit too just put 2 stone on when I finished breastfeeding)!!6 -
My only goal right now is to maintain my current weight or even lose a little over the holidays.10
-
I want to maintain over the holidays and get back to a modest deficit after the first of the year. I have a bit more work to do8
-
To not blow my maintenance on holiday food & drink. I'm up 3 pounds from a week ago, and 2 pounds over my GW. Time to rein it in!6

I had 2 mini goals for December
1) lose a total of 60 pounds, which I did! Good bye elephants penis! Lol.
2) get down to overweight on the BMI range. I have 3 more pounds to go and am confident it will happen! Love these mini goals. They make the process so much more fun8 -
3-4 kg from healthy BMI (give it take some fluctuations). I am rabid to hit this goal!
Next goal would be to get 5kg under healthy BMI limit. Then... I guess... wow, final goal. I’m only 15-17 kg from goal. Not too shabby, self! Still quite a ways, but every day brings me closer.10 -
In really happy that I have made it this far in the holiday season without any serious gain and actually seeing some loss. I've Incorporated cookies and candy and egg nog in moderation and it's worked! My mini goal is to start the new year with a new all time low and to be under 210 by the second week in January. 6.1 pounds will put me there so doable at about two pounds per week. I am them going to officially drop to shooting for 1.5 pounds per week and stop with my back and forth between maintenance and 2 pounds per week.6

i do wanna lose a bit maybe 1-2 pounds by xmas . i know i will look & feel better4

A friend gave me a bag full of jeans last year. The size 16 ones I couldn't even get past my hips. Tried them on this past weekend and I not only can get them up, I can also get them buttoned and zipped. Still too tight to wear though so my mini goal is to be able to wear those jeans out of the house before the end of January. I have zero doubt I can do it.

Gotta be under 185 lbs by February 16 for my next powerlifting comp. Four-ish pounds.6
