With 155lbs as your goal weight you could lose at 1lb/week all the way to goal if you choose.

Nothing wrong with slowing down for the last few pounds though and it may make the transition to maintenance easier

I have about another 14lb to go myself, I'm 133lb at the moment. Still losing 1lb a week at a 500kcal deficit, 1100 cals a day. I've gone a little over that the past several days up to 1400, so was slowed a couple days, but still good.
4lb a month is perfectly reasonable I'd say. Just stay at a deficit to your TDEE, but no lower than 1000 kcals. Eating less than that won't speed up your weight loss.
