Belly fat and loose skin

Hi all, I've lost around 50 lbs.
I went from 190 to 138.
I am now faced with loose skin and I still have belly fat.

Is there anything you recommend to tighten this area of my body up?

    If you don't currently strength train.......start now. Lose weight is you still have stubborn areas. Spot reduction is a myth.

    Re: loose skin. It takes time for skin to "snap back." It will depend upon how far skin was stretched, how long skin was stretched, age, genetics, etc.

    You look really good.. if you still have fat ..keep losing weight. I've read a lot of threads on loose skin. Many say in time it improves.. especially if you're younger. Also..losing real fast makes it worse...so I don't know if you lost real fast or not.
    My stomach looks good..never had loose skin.. .I see more of it on my arms of all places. I do think strength training will help with my arms.. but the stomach is different.

    I always moisturized with CeRave cream right out of the bath.
