Been on the keto diet for about a year now. Lost about 60 pounds but hit a plateau. Looking to lose about 20 more pounds. Anyone here on a keto cut workout that can share their workout. I really enjoy weight lifting.

I don't understand - now workouts are supposed to be „keto” too? How and why?
Anyway, here are all the resources to start you off towards a weight lifting programme: https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/discussion/10332083/which-lifting-program-is-the-best-for-you/p16 -

I prefer my workouts to exclusively be free-range, vegan, gluten-free, and peanut/tree nut-free. That's the only way to get good gainz.23 -

As you get closer to goal you have to tighten up your logging and understand that the weight loss will slow down.

Free-range vegan: does that mean you're just going for the avocados which are left to roam during the day? I mean, that's brilliant - and would surely help in achieving your maximum genetic muscular potential. Carry on!5 -
Try doing IF during your runs0

Keto workouts are where you smash beef jerky and precooked bacon into your face during rest periods obviously4

Strength training and Cardio....continue Keto, but also look at your calorie counts....compare the 2.0

Stuff you can do without glycogen?4

If you hit a plateau dont forget to recalculate your macros if you lost weight calculate for the new weight. For workouts I usually do Fitness Blender on YouTube . Just do the workouts that focus on your target body areas and stick to it. Do those two things I think you will be good. I have been keto for over a year and when I hit a plateau I cut dairy for a week or two sometimes that helps.0
