KETO DIET WORKOUT

Been on the keto diet for about a year now. Lost about 60 pounds but hit a plateau. Looking to lose about 20 more pounds. Anyone here on a keto cut workout that can share their workout. I really enjoy weight lifting.

    As you get closer to goal you have to tighten up your logging and understand that the weight loss will slow down.

    Keto workouts are where you smash beef jerky and precooked bacon into your face during rest periods obviously

    Strength training and Cardio....continue Keto, but also look at your calorie counts....compare the 2.

    If you hit a plateau dont forget to recalculate your macros if you lost weight calculate for the new weight. For workouts I usually do Fitness Blender on YouTube . Just do the workouts that focus on your target body areas and stick to it. Do those two things I think you will be good. I have been keto for over a year and when I hit a plateau I cut dairy for a week or two sometimes that helps.
