    What’s your diet like? Have you been eating in a caloric restriction too long? Try eating at maintenance levels for 3 weeks and then reducing from there

    are you weighing and logging all your food? as you get closer to your goal one often needs to be super careful about weighing and logging

    how long have you been loosing weight? what was the rate before it stopped? has anything change around the time it stopped? new exercises routine, stopping a routine? new foods? change in foods?
