Hi all over the past year and a half I have lost more than 100 pounds try different methods but over the past 3 months I have went back to all my bad habits and can't seem to get back on track.

Don't give up!
YOU are the one in control, so if you're going back to old habits, YOU are the one who can stop it. You're not helpless! You don't get to quit on you.
This doesn't have to be an all or nothing journey. You can still live your life and be healthy. Even if you go back to those old habits, you can be accountable. If you don't want to work out, at least get dressed and go to the gym. If you don't want to diet, at least log the food you're eating. Stay conscious, even if you're not on track. Just because you ate something you shouldn't, doesn't mean it's useless to eat better the rest of the day. Good habits lead to good, and bad habits lead to bad--unless you break the cycle.
Right now you're reading this, and you should get up and move. Put down that donut, and do some exercise instead. Don't plan to get back at it tomorrow, next week, after Christmas--do it NOW!0 -
