Bathing Suit Progress Pic After 48 Pound/12 Week Loss

I still have a long way to go-- I'm only 40% of the way to my goal-- but I'm really starting to see some progress.
This is me, today, after losing 48 pounds in 12 weeks:

Unfortunately (fortunately?) I don't have any "before" shots of me in a swimsuit, but this is me 3 days before I started my diet.

I have been exercising 60-120 minutes every day and this 50 year old chick is feeling SO incredibly fit!
I have been taking 3-4 Zumba classes per week and spin and cycle virtually every day.
My blood pressure has dropped from 145/88 to a consistent 123/72.
And guys have started looking at me again...! (I'm in a committed relationship, but it's *still* nice to get checked out...)
Most women probably wouldn't be ready to post a bathing suit progress pic with so much left to lose but I figure I've worked hard and "improvement" is still "improvement," no matter how you slice it.
My goal (which I *will* hit) is to get back to a size 10 again. I figure that will require about another 70 pounds of weight loss.
And I know I can do that.

That is awesome. Keep up the great work!! You can really tell that you have lost weight. I wish I could have lost 48 pds in 12 weeks, but I guess 21 pds in 5 months isn't that bad.0 -

First of all, I've lost almost another 20 pounds since this post and photo...!
As for the shirataki noodles-- I eat them every single day-- sometimes twice per day-- and I've never had even the slightest problem. They have been my salvation!

Congratulations this makes me want to eat more Shirtaki miracle noodles using your recipes. I look forward to my next goal of 50 lb goal. Oh and it is because of your encouragement for me to post more after I wrote on your Shirtaki post, that I have been doing what you said. Thanks for these links also. Do you count carbs also?
