I just added a new food, it should be in the database if you search under "Vegan Stuffed Pepper - Morning Star (Meatless) and Multi Grain Brown Rice W/Spinach Tomato & Onions"

Easy recipe:

1. Cut and hollow out three large peppers (any color) - keep the tops (but cut the stem out) set oven to 375
2. Microwave (in a MW safe container) Morning Star Meatless crumbles for 3 to 5 minutes
3. Microwave Birds Eye bag of Multi Grain Brown Rice W/Spinach Tomato & Onions for 3 to 4 minutes
4. Combine in large MW safe bowl - add 1 TBSP Olive Oil AND microwave mix for 1 minute
5. Add mix to peppers, put top on peppers and place in container (bread loaf pan works best)

Should be done in about 20 minutes or so - looks for the tops of the peppers to be burnt in some sections on top.

    You should be adding recipes under Food > Recipes > Enter a new recipe (on the right side of the page). Sounds delicious though!

    Great recipe, only we made it with Smart Ground because MorningStar meatless crumbles aren't really vegan, but it all worked out and was delicious! Thanks.
