    Man, I wish you the best of luck!!!! Don’t forget to get back at it, after you motivation temporarily leaves the building. This is something iv struggled with for quite a while!! Stay safe!!

    Motivation waxes and wanes. Best to develop habits that can become automatic when motivation isn't there.

    Sounds like a reasonable goal! Set up the program to lose 1 lb/week. Aim for the target it gives you. A little over one day and a little under the next is fine.

    Read the "most helpful posts" at the top of each board. Lots of great information here. Check out the success stories for inspiration.
