Lately, I've been having 2 servings of M&M's (56 g) as my evening snack. That's 285 calories of deliciousness that I eat one at a time and enjoy immensely.
when i first read this really quickly I thought you were saying you ate TWO m&m's. I love them too much to eat only two haha but two SERVINGS sounds good to me!2 -

Ice cream, cookies, candy. Basically if I have calories left for it I get to eat it. Usually I go for ice cream.1

Could be anything. Ice cream, donuts, cookies, cereal, cottage cheese, beef jerky, shrimp, cheese, turkey, etc.0

Apple or orange, Halo top, yogurt, cottage cheese, small amount of chocolate, half a protein bar, sometimes chicken. If I haven't hit my protein goal I will usually eat something with protein over a sweet, I will have both if there is a protein bar available.1
