My plan is 1000 calories and five nights a week in the gym doing light circuit training I'm different body parts. I know it's under 1200 calories but I am I less overweight that I feel as if it would be okay. I will also be intermittent fasting with my window of food being 12 to 8 everyday. my calories will consist of lean meats and veggies for the most part and while I won't be doing keto it'll be mostly low carb. For example 5 meal prep chicken with a very small portion of brown rice for lunches are oats a type of whatever I want for dinner. I feel like most vegetables are a free food. After 3 do you think 60 pounds will be lost? 245 now. T_T any recommendations? Thank you!

Why not just plug in your stats on MFP and eat that. Follow the plan here as written.

vegetables are not a free food, but they are mostly low calorie , 1000 calories and 5 nights in the gym is a recipe for disaster. are you asking if you will lose 60 lbs in 3 months? maybe but its not healthy and you will be losing a lot of lean mass, muscle and risking yourself for hormone issues, hair loss, brittle nails, loss of sex drive,kidney/gall stones, and other issues that can be very serious. listen to what @Chef_Barbell said. weight wasnt gained overnight so it wont come overnight. not to mention the faster its lost the more you will get the skinny fat look and possible loose saggy skin

If you go to the Getting Started Board, right at the top you will see a sticky for linking up with a mentor. See if there is someone in Mentor Profiles that you feel you can connect with who can give you some guidance on realistic expectations and goal setting. And DO read the links in the post above this one.

I hope there is enough information now for you to make a better choice to achieve your goals, remain healthy and safe while you are doing this.

It is all about finding a new sustainable direction in your life with new healthy eating patterns which with practice you begin to follow unconsciously......
The gym will be your friend as long as you don't get to know it too much otherwise it may become a burden and you will lose interest.

Write down your achievable goals and plans.
    Best of luck!
