I have 3 breakfasts that I switch back and forth with.
Minute oatmeal sprinkled with cinnamon and some kind of fruit mixed in (usually bananas and strawberries)
Plain cheerios with skim milk and some kind of fruit on top
Whole wheat English Muffin with a teeny bit of natural peanut butter
And coffee. Always coffee.0 -

Burger King - Ham & Egg Breakfast Muffin
(it is one of the only fast food breakfast items I've found that isn't too bad for calories and carbs)0 -

Goodmorning everyone! Hope everyone woke up feeling positive & great today. What did you have for breakfast this morning?!
Two cups of coffee with 1% mild
Two egg omelette with shredded cheddar cheese0 -
Drink: 1 Cup of coffee (dash of semi skimmed milk)
Fodo: 2 Weetabix, 200ml skimmed milk and a little honey0 -

Yummmm....I love old fashioned oats cooked w/ reduced fat milk. This morning I topped it with 2 cut up fresh figs and drizzled w/ local farmers market honey. It tastes very caramelly. A mug of fresh ground espresso coffee. 1/2 an organic pink grapefruit. I love breakfast!0
