How often you weigh yourself?

I’m thinking about not weighing myself weekly and perhaps weigh monthly or whenever my clothes start to become noticeably looser. My curse is being disappointed if I don’t lose, even though I’m staying on my plan.

Only when I donate plasma/blood which is every 3 weeks or so.

I am terrible.... i weight myself daily. Sometimes twice a day.1

I try not to weigh myself daily because:
A) I'll be disappointed if I don't lose
I act like an addict. If I do lose I behave as though it was easy, and that breaking my calories will be easy to bounce back from. Which it never is.
I try for weekly just to make sure I'm on the right track and for a bit of motivation

I weigh daily, then log the average for the week when I check-in on MFP.1

Once a week every Sunday evening. But it's just a number for info not the end of the world.1

Tuesdays (to gauge the weekend calamity) and Friday (so I know what I'm going into the weekend with).
And then do my measurements once a month. The scale can be a doo-doo-head, but the measuring tape will show you your real progress.1 -
For a while I was doing weekly but that stopped. Now I'm weighing every other week at random. Should get back on a pattern though and seriously start working on loss again.0

Daily. I like to use the Happy Scale app so I can see trends. I tried weekly in the past, but I get too anxious wondering what it is every day. NOT a patient person.

I officially weigh myself on Tuesday mornings. But I jump on the scale during the week at various times, mostly for curiosity.0

i depends. if i am actively trying to lose, then multple times a week. if i am in maintenance, then once every couple of weeks.1
