Anyone in Connecticut familiar with Cardio Express Gyms?

I just found out my Curves is closing in the end of September. I visited Cardio Express today and it looks like it might meet my needs. Is anyone here familiar with them? Do you like the classes there? The equipment? The staff? Any words of wisdom would be appreciated
