    Hello to you all,

    I just got started this week with mfp, I'm in the Air Force and just recently got back from a deployment where I was able to lose 7% body fat and start my journey of changing my lifestyle for the better and although I'm on track I didn't want to get back here and start to slack off and go back to my old way of doing things so I decided to give this website a chance and so far I think I've made a good choice. Please pass on any helpful hints or just encouragement and I will do the same. :flowerforyou:
