Hi! I'm Gwen and I'm 37 yrs old with one child! I am about 30 lbs overweight (according to the guidelines). I have HBP and am prediabetic. I do not look big (my stomach and upper body is a lot larger), I'm just wayyyy out of shape. Looking back at old pics from a few years ago depressed me and brought me back here! I currently weigh 180lbs and would l like to at least get down to 165 and go from there! I just need support, encouragement and motivation!!!! I hope we can all help each other5
