I done c25k years ago and now run 30 minutes every morning non stop even though I couldn’t originally run for the 60 seconds.
I can’t remember what physically changes I saw, not many I don’t think as I was calories counting and losing weight due to that, but I saw a lot of mental changes. I realised how mental running was, my body COULD do it, I just had to trust it. I also began craving running. My treadmill broke around Christmas and I had to buy myself a new one because I missed it. I MISSED running... never thought I’d say that! It becomes so much easier, and I feel so good after. They’re the changes I saw. My body is awesome to be able to progress so much.4
