Keto

I’ve been doing Keto almost a month now.
No extreme weight loss. The first thing I’ve noticed is losing the inches around my waist.
I try to drink at least a gallon of water daily.
I don’t have any scientific facts or statistics, but I feel better and stronger. It’s not for everyone. I’ve noticed some people have great success as others struggle. It’s not really a diet in my eyes it’s a lifestyle change. I do recommend doing the research first because like so many other diets, people think this is a quick fix for immediate weight loss.
The main goal for everyone should be to feel healthier and stronger for yourself.
Make yourself a priority! People are going to judge and always tell you what the think is right or wrong. Just tell the Haters to back off !

While I'm not a big keto fan, nutritionfacts is a propaganda site, not really a great source.
I'd think the OP might have accidentally posted in the debate forum, except for the haters reference. <shrug> Keto seems to work great for some people, hopefully OP continues to have success once he's been doing it for awhile.6 -
OP, if your intent is to debate about keto, you might want to check out https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/discussion/10701339/keto-diet-good-or-bad#latest
For what it's worth, the camps seem to be:
(1) Keto is the best diet ever, all others are bad (I think that's absurd);
(2) Keto is terrible, be plant-based (you saw that above, I also think that's absurb);
(3) Keto is one of many ways of eating that can be done healthfully or not, in a calorie deficit or not, and for some -- though not all -- may help in reducing calories. Sometimes, although it is a dietary improvement, there are many other ways of eating that would be more satiating and/or a dietary improvement. (This is my camp. I do find that very few extreme keto proponents tried other commonly assumed to be satiating diets or vegetable-based diets before doing keto.)11
