I really watch my calories and workout as well. I have been enjoying too much wine, thus the scale has not been my friend. I have cut out all alcohol over the last week. I was surprised the scale did not move in my favor at all at the end of seven days. I have not added additional food calories. Pretty much on the zone diet (40% Carb, 30% Fat, 30% Protein). I have swapped out alcohol in favor of hot tea (no calories added).

Thanks for all the great info!

    Hello:

I am a very active triathlete. I am generally working out 8-12 hours a week as part of my training. Still struggling to lose weight. I have diligently measured every morsel of food the last month and have lost 0 pounds and inches. How is this possible? Been eating between 1500-1700 calories a day. I’m 5’1 and 119 lbs, trying to get down to 110ish.

Thanks for any insight. It’s very frustrating.

You might just maintain and see what happens next summer. It sounds like you must have a good amount of muscle as well. Best of success.
