Broke and quitting alcohol....Using the situation best way I can and starting as I mean to go in to the new year, taking positive steps each day and learning from the negatives. Mind over matter each and every day

Defo my mind is stronger than my body will ever be. It's got some catching up to do1

I used to self medicate with alcohol and food, and now manage stress with exercise.
Let us know if you need tips for cheap or free ways to exercise. It's cold where I am, but I bundle up and do stuff in the woods. Great for stress!2 -

You can do pushups, pullups, body weight squats , lunges, find something that weights a few pounds and and do kettle bell swings with it , walk ,run , hill sprints1 -
