I've reached goal weight (for now) and am working on building lean muscle and improving my fitness level. I log most food most of the time - feel free to add me if that fits with your aims.

Hi, I just had an emergency RNY revision after having a large ulcer that bled horribly. First surgery was in 2011 and it seems there are many more options now.
I'm looking for ideas on condiments that people use during the puréed food times. Any ideas?
