Any breastfeeding mom here ? How many calories are you consuming per day to not loose your milk supply ?

  • It's recommended you don't eat less than 1800. I eat between 2500-3000 a day and lose 1lb a week. I don't track exercise calories.

    Make sure to eat milk friendly foods- oats, flax, almond. Dark beer...:) keep your calcium intake up too. Stay hydrated.

    I nursed two kids for 1.5 years each. Lost weight and kept milk.
