Is anyone interested in joining in on a 21 day walking challenge based on this article.
It's timed walks, so you don't need a step counter
Post daily to keep track that you have completed the walks.
Optional to post a starting weight and a final weight after 3 weeks.
Would anyone like to join me, starting on 01/01/19?

Happy New Year Everybody ... Let the Challenge BEGIN!
You should post daily to comment that you have (hopefully) succeeded in the days walk. Feel free to add any other daily reflections. I am also going to add my challenge start weight and then my challenge final weight. I am hoping that within 21 days I can loose those first few pounds of 2019.
WEEK 1 (Optional: split the minutes between morning and evening)
Day 1 – Start with 10 minutes. Keep an easy and steady pace.2 -

WEEK 1
Day 1 – 10 minutes- I played outside with my son (walking and jogging) for 15 min. Fitbit registered 12 active minutes. I hope to still walk on the treadmill this evening for 10 min, but happy that I've already been active today.
Day 2 – 12 minutes
Day 3 – 15 minutes
Day 4 – 18 minutes
Day 5 – 20 minutes
Day 6 – 22 minutes
Day 7 – 25 minutes1 -
Did an organized hike at a nearby state park today to get my walk in, I actually did 39 minutes today...but usually I’m going to try to do the minutes for the walking challenge during lunch and will stick closer to the listed times.1 -

WEEK 1 - Easy pace
Day 1 – 10 minutes- I went for a walk in a shopping mall. Made sure I did a continual 10 minutes without stopping.
Day 2 – 12 minutes
Day 3 – 15 minutes
Day 4 – 18 minutes
Day 5 – 20 minutes
Day 6 – 22 minutes
Day 7 – 25 minutes
Challenge Starting Weight - 206.6 lbs
