Another new person with some weight loss goals

Hi all,

I am here to try out keto, with intermittent fasting! I have worked out my macros (macros are complicated and freak me out by the way), and this is what was suggested:

* 1350 kcal Goal, a 29% deficit. (722 min, 1914 max)
* 25g Carbohydrates
* 88g Protein (66g min, 109g max)
* 100g Fat (30g min, 162g max)

1350 kcal Daily Calorie Intake
25g Carbs (7%, 100 kcal)
88g Protein (26%, 352 kcal)
100g Fat (67%, 898 kcal)

A bit about me - I live in Shanghai, and was about 10lb overweight in the summer, until work craziiness and life craziness happened and i gained 20lb in 4 months. I am not happy with this at all. Plus i am super lazy, so i am having a but of a life overall.

I am a huge comfort eater, so any tips with this would be great.

Any help, support, recipes, friends, would be wonderful!

    What are your stats? You must be significantly overweight to go for a 29% deficit?

    See i thought that too, but that is what it worked out. I am about 40lb overweight.

    seems unnecessarily large to me. ideally you want to be setting MFP to lose 1lb per week, possibly 1.5 for the first 10 pounds.

    I think that is set up for 1.5 lbs a week. Maybe 2 i guess?
