I can't quite believe it, I've already surpassed where I thought I'd be by the end of the challenge. It's been such a great motivation all summer, and the last few weeks of summer for me might get me even closer to my ultimate goal of 168. Thank you soooo much for this challenge and the motivation.
Surviving summer (so far...I don't actually go back to University until the end of September) means I know I'm going to be able to get to my goal eventually and I've got the strength to make this a lifestyle change, even if I have a slip up now and then...0 -

So again this week no change, no change in measurements either. I am getting so frustrated but I am not giving up. Last year I signed up for curves, and did that for 6 months then stopped because I grew out of it and needed more, so i started doing it on my own. I think that I need another boost so I joined a gym today for 3 months with a coworker. More lifting options and more cardio machines I hope will get me off of this road of not losing anything. Needless to say I will not be losing 7 pounds in two weeks maybe 5 if I am lucky but again the last week is my Tom visit so we will see.0 -

Today's weight: 201
Stayed the same this week. Definitely will not be reaching my challenge goal of 194, average of 1 lb a week over the 12 weeks but I am actually okay with that. My loss over the summer has not been huge, but I weigh less than I did at the start of the summer! That makes me very happy!! I havern't been able to say that for a lonnnng time! :drinker:
And the challenge has realy, really helped. Thanks again Vic and to everyone that has been involved in the past 2 challenges!
