Fitbit not syncing

Just changed over to a Fitbit charge 2 but my steps are not syncing with MyFitnessPal, any ideas? Thanks

    Same problem here. Just connected my fitbit charge 2 and I don't see the steps in my diary...

    I was having the same problem with the charge 3. I finally ended up doing a hard reset and now everything works ok.
