Trying to find some motivation/help

Hey all,

Just trying to find some help/motivation to lose this last bit of weight and tone up.

Back in July I did the carnivore diet and hit the gym and over the course of 2 months dropped from 233 to 211. I had to stop the diet as it caused some gut issues and I plateaued. I kept going to the gym but over the holidays I've put back on 5lbs.

Today I've started over with the keto diet and a calorie restriction but I am not sure how to go about losing the weight and then toning up. I go every day I always do a mix of cardio and weights. I alternate between which one I do more of so one day I do more cardio than weights, then vice versa.


Does anyone have any tips? Recipe suggestions?

    how much weight do you want to lose?

    ensure you're eating adequate protein. are you following a program when you lift?

    I follow a program a friend at work made me but there isn't much variety. I'm making sure to eat a good amount of protein. I'm trying to shake roughly 15 pounds and get down to 200
