Wow everyone looks amazing.
Here's mine so far.
First one is the christmas after DD was born. Second was last year and when I saw this pic, I thought that's it, I don't like being fat ANYMORE. Third pic was taken at the Race 4 Life in May and I've kind of stayed about this weight. I still want to lose a bit more.

My before and during. Not a huge change but I'm having an "I want to sit down in front of the fridge and eat everything in sight" day and I needed to see if there really was a difference.0 -

My waist size went from 42 to 34 inches. I had a BMI of 37.3 before, and today it is around 28. I carry a little more muscle than average, so my BMI is within a healthy range for me now according to my doctor. My body fat% is now under 10%. It's funny how people stop me in the hallways at work and acknowledge my weight loss. I'm happy they noticed, but feel strange at the same time about the way I looked before because I thought I looked okay -- just a little overweight. I lost weight because I felt heart palpitations at night and I couldn't get me blood pressure down without medication. I no longer need to take medication. MFP is helping me make my lifestyle change permanent.

Oddly, most of the work was done in the last three or so months. I'd lost 20-25lbs between August and November of last year...but gained it all back by mid April of this year. From April, until now...I've lost almost 40lbs....and am in substantially better physical shape on top of it...meaning, I haven't just been losing weight =D.

my favorite exercises are .... elliptical, walking, pilates, workout dvds (just started 30 Day shred!), weight lifting (not really my fave but it has helped me out A LOT!), and that's my main workouts!! i like mixing it up a lot throughout the week so i dont get bored!0 -
