My New Year's Resolutions are easily said but require lots of effort.
I'll check them off as I complete them.

Reach my goal weight by 2020 and hold.

    Start learning a new language.

Keep on track and up to date with my homework.

Get a steady part time job close to home or school.

Successfully use Classical Conditioning to rewire my brain to be happy when hearing a specific sound.

And fingers crossed that I get into my College of choice.

Those are some great goals and if you have the determination — you can achieve them! I love learning languages (computer and verbal) and usually like to start learning a new one each year. Being fit and healthy only makes learning all the easier (more energy and confidence) so you’re doing yourself a huge favour in focusing on your health first as success in other areas usually come with being healthier in general. :)

    You’ve got this.
