I am usually not hungry at all for breakfast. Any problems with skipping it? I reallly am not hungry until dinner and have to watch that.

No problems skipping breakfast. I usually have two meals a day, I like eating bigger meals.

There’s nothing wrong with skipping breakfast if you like to eat that way. One thing to watch out for, though, is that skipping breakfast makes some people hungrier later in the day. If you’re getting ravenously hungry by dinner, try having just a small snack earlier to see if it helps.
