Today I got diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. It's frightening and looking for support to help me fight back!

    Hi! I'm not sure how open you would be to this, but I very highly recommend checking out the documentary What The Health on Netflix. It talks a lot about diabetes and reversal. There is also a community on FB called Engine 2 Seven Day Rescue that I am a part of. There are a bunch of folks in there that have reversed their diabetes. The group is starting a challenge on the 7th if you wanted to join in. You can also check out the engine 2 website for more info.
