I'm wanting to add some exercises slowly to my routine, however I have pysiotherapy for my knee weekly so my legs ache for a few days after and I am wondering what exercise can I do (for my stomach especially) at home which don't put too much strain on my legs whilst they are aching?
Thank you!
Thank you!

Sit ups. Crunches. Planks. Heck, just standing still and twisting side to side with your core tight for a few minutes I'f you're doing it right you can feel a good burn.0
