My tredmill said 10 minutes of jogging was 50 or so calories yet the database says 100 or so.
Which one do I believe?

Yeah but I don't believe my treadmill as it is, as I can walk a mile faster than I jog/fast walk (intervals) it on my treadmill. I don't know what to believe!

I'd go with the treadmill....but as sknopps said...heart rate monitors are the best way to measure...the ones with a chest strap.

Without a heart rate monitor, you're better off underestimating rather than overestimating.

    Definitely agree with you there.
