    Thank you - I was shoulder pressing 25 kgs a few months ago. Now I press 45. No pain no gain is generally true. However, duration is key too .... I do 3 to 4 hours which is excessive but I am getting the results I expect πŸ’ͺ🏽πŸ’ͺπŸ½πŸ˜€

    Your shoulders look great. Remember yo β€œobey” your shoulders. When they are injured, your training life changes. I used to train in the Olympic lifts and shoulder flexibility is so important. Then, and now, I start my training performing a dozen or so reps of the shoulder dislocates movement with a wooden pole. Keeps my shoulders feeling healthy and good range of motion.
