    I wish there was a "like" button for all of your replies! I will never forget how I got here. And, I'm always vigilant to help others feel the way I feel. The thing is, I don't have the body that I had when I was 20 (I'm the same weight now that I was then and a mother of 5 children...), and am absolutely one hundred percent more happy with myself than I was then. Perspective is everything... :)
