Hey Everyone.
I thought I would create one of these challenges for those of us who have a lot of weight to lose...I am shooting for 100lbs in 2019. (That's only about 2lbs a week - we got this!)
For those who would like to join, add your stats below (feel free to change the dates to reflect your weigh in day) and lets start being accountable to each other.
(I just posted 3 months worth of dates for now...will add the rest as we get there:) )

Jan 1 - 294.8 lbs scary as hell to actually post that number.. got to start somewhere
jan 6 - 288.4 lbs woohoo ..lost 6 lbs in a week.. walking walking and more walking.. i do not eat back calories
gained from exercise .. cut out all sugar, and cut way way back in carbs.4 -

I would love to join this challenge. I have been struggling for so long. I actually did lose 100 lbs. two years ago, but have since gained back 70 lbs. I'm having health issues again due to the extra weight, so I need to act now. I'm here to support everyone, and hopefully to get support.
