Day 5 of keto

I've incorporated intermittent fasting and keto along with exercising and it's working wonders for me. My lower back use to hurt after so long of walking and I knew something had to change. Now I feel a difference in my body.

    I did keto for several months last year. It really did work. I've started back on low carb now, but some days it looks like keto lol. Best of luck!
