LOVE edamame!!!!!!! I eat mine steamed with sea salt & could seriously eat it everyday & not get sick of it. I have googled edamame recipes but thought this would be a good place to see how any of you eat your edamame!

I love to eat it but I tend to avoid it unless on a salad or something. When I have it all by itself I tend to really over salt it!0

I steam mine and add either sea salt or garlic to it.0

I love steaming then adding the kickin chicken seasoning on it. Gives it a spicy kick!0

I steam it and add it to all stir frys and meat dishes!! I love it too!!!0

I make a succostash of edamame, corn, red peppers and onions. Just cook it in a little bit of olive oil with sea salt and pepper. Great as is or for a side dish!0

I steam them and eat them with just pepper...yum! I also love them cold...0

I steam it, add a spoonful of Vegenaise, cracked black pepper, and ginger paste. It's yummy warm or cold.0

I forgot I had some in the freezer. I am a purist. Love them in the pod sprinkled w/ Kosher salt. Think I will have them for dinner tonight.0

love, love, love them. eat them every day. I put them (still in the pod) in a boiling pot of water, no salt for 3-4 min, drain then rinse with cold water, I like mine cold so stick them in the fridge in a few cm's of water & then have a serving sprinkled with a bit of salt.
I make up a 500g frozen bag in one go, they last for 3 days once cooked & refrigerated but I have usually eaten the lot with 2 days
Even sucking them out of the pod is part of the enjoyment of eating them.0 -
I puree edamame almost like chick peas for hummus and use it in sandwiches or for a dip.0

Similar to the above poster. I make Edamole (like guacamole).

I love to roast my Edamame in the pod. Just toss the pods with a little olive olive, add whatever seasoning you like and roast at 400 degrees for about 10-12 minutes. open pods and pop the edamame into mouth! Yum!0

Cooking Light has a yummy 5-Ingredient fix skirt steak and edamame stir fry. I'll edit in the recipe later.0

I buy the beans only, steam them and then throw them in the fridge. I will put 1/2 cup in a snack sized baggie and take to work for my mid morning snack and eat cold. I also love them in a salad0

I add it to pasta dishes like a carbonara or tuna casserole.0
