Hi guys I'm looking for twin after puting on these holiday pounds . Currently I'm 5'2" and 146 lbs. trying to get to 125. Need someone to help me stay on track.

    Hi, I'm also 5ft2 and this is my target for the year. Hoping to be at 134lb for beginning of March for my holidays. Started following chloe madeleys 4 week body blitz this week. X

    yay! there are more people like me out there! how are you guys planning on loosing these pounds. I have started the gym 3 times a week and only eat 1200 calories a day. any suggestions?

    I am taller by An inch... Can I still play? 5 foot 3 and 141. Shooting for 130 and on the last 11 pounds. They are stubborn.

    Sounds good everyone! Let's shout out our weights as we loose them. Keep the motivation going! I recently started adding cauliflower rice to most of my meals and I am amazed at how much I don't miss the pasta.

    I am 5"3 and 137lbs aiming for somewhere between 125 and 130lbs. I lost down to 132lbs from 150lbs last year but the weight crept up again to 140lbs in the latter half of the year so trying to get back to where i was before and hopefully go a little lower.
