Until it doesn't and it starts moving "Stay the course, win the war"

Yeah i remember getting to a certain point and finding it easy,
    Be honest with logging
    Do some exercise
    Avoid alcohol
    Encourage others

I lost 3 stone previously and it was honestly the healthiest and best I’ve ever felt

Now I want to be there again but know it takes time and patience

This is my new Day 1!

I lost 60 lbs with MFP a few years ago then gained in allllll back and then some. Oy! I'm more hopeful this time around then I have been this past year. Add me up if you're up for some motivational support and vice versa :D

I am 50 days in since my most recent day 1. Starting is the hardest part. It becomes habit soon enough.

Day 3 for me, done and dusted. I'm just keeping it simple. For me I yoyo'ed between meal replacements, keto, low carb, clean eating. I never once trusted CICO but here I am, trying it for the first time, and not limiting any foods, apart from moderating the sweets and stuff like that. Good luck buddy

Wishing you all the best! Setbacks are just a part of life. I've been bouncing up and down with my weight for years (lol)

I've started back this week too. You're right, keep in mind that it gets easier and focus on how good you felt when you lost weight. I find the patience part the hardest, I just want to see the scale start moving in the right direction. Maybe that should be a goal for me, Must work on being more patience
