Seasoning/recipes for chicken or mince?

Anyone know ways of making chicken cut up and fried in a pan taste nice without adding too much calories? Same goes for plain ground beef in a pan.

Edit: not that much of a cook, just looking simple sauces or seasonings to add in while it’s already cooking preferably

This is my favorite chicken marinade. We've grilled the chicken before but I actually prefer it cooked in my cast iron pan. I cook it most of the way in there and then brush it with more of the marinade and put under the broiler for a few minutes. I do this with breasts and thighs.

sorry I missed the cut up part, I don't cut them up

Ma Po Tofu is a good way of stretching beef or chicken mince with tofu with no added sugar and minimum oil. Very tasty if you can handle spicy.

If you can't afford the rice calories blitz cauliflower in the food processor for low carb rice.

Green salsa(not the one in a can or bottle, the one in a plastic container) sold at most grocery stores usually in refrigerators. I cook chopped potatoes, I cook my ground beef, add salt, garilic powder, pepper, then add the potatoes in same pan, then add green salsa . Let it cook for 2-5 mins. Gives it good flavor I like to eat it with steamed veggies and rice!

I use Italian bread crumbs mixed with paprika garlic powder and a touch of black pepper (if you can afford the calories-dip in a beaten egg first)

Adding ranch powder seasoning and chili powder adds spice and zing to ur food- very easy as u can use it to marinade before cooking and add to protein as ur cooking it.
