Synch issues

Anyone having synch issues right now? Fitbit Charge 2, iPhone X. Hasn’t synched in 6 hours. Tried manually synching, no luck. Rebooted iPhone, no luck. Fitbit device is updating Fitbit app perfectly fine, just not MFP.

    I just found this because I'm having database issues, so it's a MFP problem:
    Wednesday, January 9th, 2019, 3:34pm PST

    Hello,

    Starting at 3pm on Wednesday we began seeing elevated errors across the MyFitnessPal program. To our members this may look like a variety of symptoms. These symptoms include, but are not limited to the following: login, sync, Fitbit sync, challenges, user search, database search, and food/exercise/weight logging.

    We are actively investigating and will have things resolved as soon as possible. Our apologies for the frustration.

    Yes. Yes, you will. The paid members get the same issues.

    As a premium subscriber, we have the same exact issues. They could honestly care less whether we’re paying or not. I only keep it because it keeps track of my sodium.
