I have alot of work to do. My goal has always been to do and be better than I was yesterday. I lost my father recently and for the past year I was unable to focus on me bc for the time I came last to take care of my father. Healing is an everyday challenge but it's time to focus and get healthy. Positive vibes to everyone on reaching your goals.

Hi neighbor. My dad passed on in 2005 after having a good day. It was on my birthday, so that sucked. Anyway, here we all are for much the same reason: Become fit by learning how.1
