Am I eating too little????

My calories per day ~1980-2000
Macros 214g carb, 157g protein, 55g fat.
I am 5’6” 190lbs workout about 6x a week! Approx about 20.6% BF
Goal: drop to 180lbs
Am I eating too little? I feel my calorie and macro split is too low and I find myself starving during the day at random times. Do any of you guys have any tips on how to stay full and committed cause I find myself starving at about 8-9pm. I’ll gladly take any suggestions on diet and food to eat as well.

Try eating a bit more fat. How much fibre do you get in a day?0 -

Not too sure on how much fiber I get a day but I’m assuming I should up my intake to feel less hungry?0
