FROM A SIZE 20 TO A SIZE 10

I am going to share this because I found this picture in my laptop. This was taken Jan2010 new year's eve. I weighed 254lbs
and was a size 20 snug. I remember crying at night becuase I felt like there was no hope for me. My husband has always been supportive and never has pushed me to lose weight. On March 24, 2010 I decided to change my life and my weight loss journey began.

My current weight is 175lbs and losing and I am a size 10 fits just right. Now I don't cry myself to sleep. Now I can't wait to go workout and come home drenched in sweat, tired and sore. I swore to myself I will never go back to the old me. I can do this, I have done this, and I will continue to do it. Just thought I would share my experience. Good Luck to everyone.

    Thanks guys. It's been really hard but I feel so healthy. It's not so much for looks but for my health. Now I don't die when I jog a mile or go up and down stairs.

    I feel like i have energy of a 19 year old but there are days when I have to push myself and I am glad my family is always supportive.
