I am Candice in NC. My hubby surprisingly decided that we are going on a diet together. We started off doing Keto, but I have to modify away from keto. I just can't eat that much meat and meat fat. He is sticking with keto and doing well. I am needing my fresh fruits and veggies! I lost weight many years ago on a raw vegan diet and will try a modified version of that again but also ketoish. (No pasta, bread, sugar, etc)
