Hi everyone! I’m not new to MyFitnessPal but I had to stop due stress issues and I completely lost my motivation last year as a result. So I started back on here just this Monday and I’m looking to add people who are really motivated on this journey and are willing to help one another along the way. It’s kinda tough doing this alone...

    I got to my target weight in 2016 then fell pregnant. Head now back in the right space to go for goal and set a good example for my little one.
