Hi everyone! Excited to be on this journey with all of you. I’m a 39yo mother of two little ones and am ready to make healthiness a habit. If anyone on here knows the calorie counts for Hawaiian food, please share!! Thank you!

I don't know the calorie counts for specific Hawaiian foods but I loved visiting Hawaii and eating the foods there!
